My Role: I serve as Principal Research Analyst, Product Owner, and Systems Architect for Quanta Analytica, setting the research agenda, codifying methods (ISO 31000, Structued Analysis, CARVER, Systems Thinking), designing LLM workflows and guardrails, building prompt libraries, and overseeing analytic QA, security, and editorial standards from intake to publication.
Information and Data Ecosystem: I curate and maintain a cross-functional network of sources and service provides that I vet and stress test using applied analytic tradcraft to determine credibility and neutrality. I also partnered with organizations such as IOSI Global, Praeon Advisory’s OMNIA platform, and Lladner Business Systems, along with NGOs, subject-matter experts, and field liaisons to align data sources, ethics, and strategic & operational needs.
Outcome: We delivered a scalable LLM-powered analysis and communications stack that produces reproducible structured analytic products, risk registers, Monte Carlo scenarios, CARVER assessments, interactive dashboards, and stakeholder-ready briefs, including deployable toolkits, frameworks, and processes resulting in faster time to insight, stronger methodological rigor, and reusable templates for sector specific assessments.
